Ready to be a Titan?
Marketing Pro helps ServiceTitan customers leverage their operational data for automated and one-time marketing campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, reputation, social, and paid advertising, tying that activity back to booked jobs and revenue. The product is in the middle of a real transformation: instead of handing shop owners a set of manual marketing tools, we're building a system that pulls rich operational data straight from ServiceTitan, the system of record for the trades, and uses it to automate and optimize marketing on their behalf. AI is what makes that shift possible, and this role sits at the center of building it.
We're hiring a Staff Product Manager capable of owning outcomes across multiple areas of the product rather than a single feature line. This role is for someone who has shipped martech products before, understands how campaign automation, attribution, and onboarding/activation connect to each other, and can move fluidly between them as priorities shift. You'll work closely with engineering, design, product analytics, customer support, and the marketing/GTM teams, and you'll report to a Group PM overseeing the broader Marketing Pro product line.
What you'll do
Own product outcomes across multiple Marketing Pro domains (e.g., email, SMS, automated campaigns, attribution and reporting, onboarding and activation, etc.), reprioritizing your focus as the business needs shift.
Develop a strong, strategic point of view on the future of marketing technology, the competitive landscape, and how ServiceTitan can unlock its platform and data advantages to deliver outsized ROI to our customers.
Translate business objectives and customer and market signals into a tightly prioritized roadmap, and define the metrics, such as adoption, activation speed, and attributed revenue, that prove it's working.
Run betas and phased rollouts, and let the results, not opinion, decide what scales and what gets cut.
Engage users to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and represent Marketing Pro directly in customer conversations.
Partner with engineering and design to turn strategy into shipped product.
Align sales, customer success, support, and marketing on positioning and rollout for what you build.
What you'll bring
6+ years of product management experience, with hands-on martech experience across multiple domains that overlap with Marketing Pro's capabilities (email, SMS, automated campaigns, attribution and reporting, onboarding and activation, etc.).
A proven record of building and shipping products in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements change frequently, partnering closely with engineering and design.
A strong, demonstrated sense of ownership. You take problems end to end, from strategy through to the metrics that prove it worked, and you have specific examples to back that up.
A track record of innovation and measurable impact, not just execution. We're looking for someone who can point to specific things they built or changed that moved the business.
Strong quantitative instincts. You're comfortable defining metrics, reading data yourself, and making the call when evidence is incomplete.
Fluency using AI in your own workflow (research, analysis, writing, prototyping), plus a sharp instinct for where AI can change the product itself.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present confidently to customers, leadership, and in webinars or other public settings.
Experience in home services, field services, or SMB SaaS is a plus but not required.

Senior Level Platform Product Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level platform product manager job?
Employers hiring at this level look for candidates who have owned a platform end-to-end, not just contributed to one. Demonstrating that you have defined API strategy, driven developer adoption, or aligned infrastructure investment to business outcomes gives you a clear edge. Strong candidates also show they have mentored product managers and influenced engineering roadmaps without direct authority.
Which companies hire senior level platform product managers?
Companies hiring senior level platform product managers right now include Intuit, Klaviyo, and JPMorganChase, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Hiring at this level comes primarily from technology-forward enterprises, high-growth software companies, and large organizations building or scaling internal developer platforms.
Are there remote senior level platform product manager jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by company and platform complexity. About 44% of senior level platform product manager openings are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of this work centers on asynchronous collaboration across distributed engineering teams. On-site roles tend to cluster at companies with heavily integrated infrastructure or hardware dependencies.
What makes a platform product manager role senior level?
Senior level platform product manager roles are defined by scope and accountability, not just tenure. You are expected to set platform direction, make build-versus-buy decisions, and own outcomes across multiple product teams that depend on your infrastructure. You also mentor other product managers, represent the platform in executive conversations, and navigate competing priorities from engineering, security, and business stakeholders simultaneously.
Which industries hire the most senior level platform product managers?
Senior Level platform product manager roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Banking & Financial Services, and Fintech, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. These sectors drive hiring at this level because their products depend on scalable, well-governed platform infrastructure, creating sustained demand for experienced leaders who can balance technical depth with strategic alignment.
