Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Brand Strategy, and Consumer Insights, we create products that balance innovation, quality, accessibility, and value. The team requires experience in consumer audio product development, including hardware design, engineering, and product lifecycle management, to consistently exceed customer expectations.

- Lead product development initiatives by managing communications with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including specification development, quality assurance, and issue resolution through root cause analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sourcing activities, validate documentation, and ensure compliance with business strategies.
- Drive product strategy by conducting market research, benchmarking trends, and recommending enhancements to meet customer needs and financial goals.
- Manage multiple business plans and projects, removing obstacles and adjusting performance to achieve objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
