Senior Technical Project Manager
We're seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support an enterprise Product Solutions team at a multi-billion dollar entertainment company. This person is responsible for managing strategic internal platforms that enable project and portfolio management across the business. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to lead multiple high-visibility initiatives focused on the Atlassian ecosystem, enterprise project delivery, and process standardization. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Technical Project or Program Management experience
- Enterprise-scale project delivery from initiation through implementation
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian Cloud)
- Experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineering organizations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives
- Executive stakeholder management and presentation experience
- Strong risk, dependency, and action item management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to independently drive projects and influence stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Clarity PPM experience
- Jira Product Discovery or additional Atlassian Cloud products
- Portfolio or PMO governance experience
- Experience standardizing Jira workflows across multiple teams or portfolios
- Smartsheet
- Advanced Excel reporting
- PMP Certification
- Experience mentoring Project Managers
- Experience supporting enterprise internal product organizations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives from planning through execution.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption and standardization of Jira and Confluence best practices across multiple portfolios.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate strategic roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
- Coordinate rollout and adoption of new Atlassian Cloud capabilities and products.
- Facilitate executive meetings, manage action items, and maintain momentum across complex initiatives.
- Track project health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting.
- Create executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and project communications.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Identify process improvements and help establish scalable project governance and delivery standards.
- Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve documentation, reporting, and delivery efficiency.
