Job title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Sports Medicine (1-on-1, 8 Patients/Day)

Pay: $95,000–$105,000/year
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday
This is not a PT mill. You won't see 20–30 patients a day. You'll see about 8, every one of them one-on-one, with no double booking and no aides running your plan of care. And you'll be mentored by OCS and FAAOMPT clinicians while you do it.
Pinnacle Movement & Performance is a private sports medicine and performance practice headquartered in Delray Beach. We serve active adults, athletes, kids and seniors. Most of our patients are cash-pay, which means your clinical judgment drives treatment, not insurance visit caps.

What we offer
- $95,000–$105,000 salary
- About 8 patients/day, all 1-on-1, in a relaxed private setting
- Mentorship from OCS and FAAOMPT staff
- $1,000 annual CEU reimbursement
- 15 days PTO plus standard holidays off

- Advanced tools, including shockwave therapy (ESWT)

What you'll do
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic, sports, neuromuscular and neurological conditions
- Build and progress individualized plans of care, with timely documentation
- Educate patients and families, and communicate with referring providers
- Help with community workshops and events (equestrian, athletic and wellness groups)
What we're looking for
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active Florida PT license in good standing
- 2+ years of outpatient or private practice experience
- Current CPR certification and valid driver's license
- Strong people skills and a genuine interest in building patient relationships
Bonus points for: SCS, OCS or ATC; dry needling, BFR, spinal manipulation or Graston certification
