The Product Manager, Digital Experience is responsible for the ongoing management, support, and evolution of Bloomin' Brands' customer-facing websites, mobile applications, and related digital platforms. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Digital IT, external vendors, and delivery partners, this role ensures digital products continue to meet business objectives while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Product Manager oversees the intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery of enhancements, defect remediation, platform improvements, and strategic initiatives across web, mobile, loyalty, personalization, and online ordering channels. This role owns product backlogs, manages competing priorities, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and helps ensure digital platforms remain reliable, secure, and continuously improving.
Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Engagement, and Technology teams, the Product Manager translates business needs into actionable requirements and delivered solutions that drive guest engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth.
This position is based in our Tampa, FL Restaurant Support Center and will work a hybrid schedule, mix of onsite and remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product owner for Bloomin' Brands' customer-facing websites, mobile applications, and supporting digital platforms.
- Manage the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and delivery of enhancement requests, bug fixes, operational improvements, and platform updates.
- Work with key vendors and support teams to investigate, prioritize, and resolve production issues and application defects.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, balancing business needs, customer impact, operational requirements, and technical considerations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand opportunities, issues, and evolving requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams, technology partners, and vendors to deliver approved enhancements and corrective actions.
- Monitor platform health, performance, usability, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure digital platforms remain stable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
- Support release planning, deployment activities, post-release validation, and ongoing product performance monitoring.
- Drive continuous optimization of digital experiences through customer feedback, analytics, and business insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Experience, Business Analysis, eCommerce, or Digital Transformation experience.
- Experience managing websites, mobile applications, or customer-facing digital platforms through their full lifecycle, including enhancements, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement.
- Experience prioritizing and managing both project work and production support activities.
- Experience working with outsourced development teams, agencies, or managed service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or eCommerce experience
- Experience with CMS, mobile apps, loyalty, ordering, or personalization platforms
- Experience with analytics tools (ie Google Analytics)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience thoughtfully using AI tools
