Evaluate complex business problems across multiple use cases and determine how capabilities can be designed for maximum reuse, scalability, and long-term value.
Lead product discovery, requirements definition, and solution analysis to ensure capabilities meet current and future business needs.
Facilitate discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business outcomes and product decisions.
Drive prioritization decisions by balancing customer experience, business objectives, technical feasibility, risk, compliance, and operational considerations.
Troubleshoot and triage complex product challenges by identifying root causes, dependencies, and practical paths forward.
