INTRODUCTION
Wayne State University is searching for an experienced assistant Professor- Law School at its Detroit campus location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Teach university law-related courses to students enrolled in the Law School’s J.D., L.L.M. (Master of Laws), \& M.S.L. (Master of Studies in Law) programs \& undergraduate major or minor in law programs.

- LEX 4711 International Protection of Human Rights
- LEX 6200 Contracts A
- LEX 6201 Contracts B
- LEX 7058 Bioethics \& the Law
- LEX 7424 Introduction to the Legal Systems of the United States
- LEX 8875 Survey of United States Law
- MSL 8957 Fair Business Practice
- MSL 8901 Survey of the Common Law
- LEX 5000 Law in Social Context

Advise students.
- Conduct research in digital property legal theories, emphasizing resource allocations.
- Produce legal scholarship \& engage in Law School \& university-related service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Position requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Legal Studies.
Position also requires:
- One article published or accepted for publication by a nationally ranked law review or journal.
