We are seeking Lab Project Services Coordinator to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta, GA.
Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support study start-up activities by preparing meeting minutes, action logs, and protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
- Coordinate routine study tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access, kit shipments, and day-to-day study monitoring
- Use status reports, monitoring tools, and study outputs to identify trends and provide feedback on site and service performance
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve protocol questions, queries, issues, and escalations in a timely manner
- Lead customer communications and support project-related activities when the Project Manager is unavailable
- Assist with project close-out activities and help ensure study documentation and deliverables are completed appropriately
- Participate in meetings, audits, inspections, and study training activities with sites, CRAs, and customers
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field preferred
- 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred)
- Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to use monitoring tools, status reports, and study outputs to support study performance tracking and issue resolution
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a good command of English
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, customers, and study stakeholders

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $44,500.00 - $92,600.00.
