INTRODUCTION

Concentrix is looking for an experienced QA Tester with 5+ years of experience in API and integration testing, preferably in the healthcare interoperability space.

Experience

• 5 years of QA/testing experience

Key Responsibilities

• Execute testing for interoperability solutions including CRD, DTR, PAS, Member Access, and Payer-to-Payer APIs
• Validate APIs against business rules, CMS regulations, and Da Vinci IG requirements
• Perform API testing using VS Code with Copilot and other QA tools
• Create and execute test cases, test data, and test scenarios for FHIR-based integrations
• Identify, log, and track defects, and support resolution with development teams
• Assist in validating data mappings and integration workflows

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate understanding of API testing (REST, JSON)
• Experience with VS Code or similar tools for testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Knowledge of CRD, DTR, PAS, or CMS interoperability rules
• Exposure to AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Basic understanding of Azure or cloud-based applications

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with HL7 FHIR concepts and healthcare data exchange
• Exposure to healthcare payer domains (claims, prior authorization, eligibility)

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $131,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
