Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• • Quality Assurance: Define quality and regulatory requirements and execute product qualification strategies for semiconductor technologies, packaging, and product releases
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with military and industry standards, including performance specifications, qualification requirements, and factory certifications
  • Customer Support: Serve as a liaison to government agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding product quality, qualifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Contract Review: Review customer requirements and translate them into actionable quality and compliance plans
  • Product Documentation: Partner with Product Engineering to develop and maintain product datasheets and technical documentation
  • Reliability: Evaluate failure mechanisms and oversee environmental, mechanical, and stress-testing methodologies to ensure product reliability
  • Change Management: Lead Technology Review Board (TRB) activities and Class 1 Change Management processes
  • Product Release: Approve product disposition decisions related to development releases, deviations, qualifications, quality investigations, and special clearances
  • Regulatory Communication: Manage Product Change Notifications (PCNs), GIDEP notices, and other customer-facing quality communications
  • Supplier Quality: Coordinate and align quality-related activities with subcontractors and external partners
  • Standards Development: Collaborate with government agencies and industry organizations to define and improve military performance standards and test methods
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor changes to industry standards and ensure ongoing compliance across products, processes, and test methodologies
  • Leadership: Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing quality management systems and regulatory compliance programs

• • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects while meeting timelines and business objectives
  • Analysis: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions
  • Innovation: Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop creative solutions to technical and business challenges
  • Negotiation: Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross‑functional teams
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with productivity software, communication tools, and other business or technical applications relevant to the role
