Role Summary
Reporting to the Executive Account Leader, the Vice President of Operations is responsible for the overall operation of the account and for delivering results across revenue, margin, operational excellence, and client retention. The position is expected to unify teams under a common operating platform and ensure the organization executes against strategic priorities while maintaining high service standards.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead all facets of the account, including operations, finance, human resources, and customer service, with full P&L accountability.
- Drive operational excellence, service consistency, and client satisfaction across all assigned locations.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies that support measurable, cost-effective results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth within the existing client base.
- Lead and develop a productive, motivated team through coaching, communication, empowerment, and accountability.
- Partner closely with functional leaders across HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Sales to execute business priorities.
- Inspire change, improve business processes, and implement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and account performance.
- Maintain focus on safety, compliance, risk management, and workforce effectiveness in a dispersed operating environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 to 12 years of progressive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility, ideally in facilities, food, retail, or related service environments.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, multi-site operations and leading within a highly dispersed organization.
- Strong client relationship skills with the ability to operate effectively at senior and executive levels.
- Strong business planning, strategic thinking, project management, and change leadership capability.
- Proven ability to select and develop top talent while creating a culture that promotes initiative, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across front-line, management, client, and executive audiences.
