Asset Care seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our growing medical debt recovery organization. This executive leader will drive operational performance, compliance, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead collection operations and execute strategies that improve recovery performance, productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Establish KPIs, monitor operational results, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, CFPB regulations, and state licensing requirements.
- Partner with Compliance, HR, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership on governance, audits, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Utilize operational metrics and business intelligence to support data-driven decisions and achievement of business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in medical debt collections, healthcare revenue cycle management, or accounts receivable operations.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multiple departments and leaders.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare collections, regulatory compliance, operational performance management, and financial planning.
- Proven ability to improve collection results, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree.
- ACA certification or other industry credentials.
- Experience with collection platforms, predictive dialers, workforce management systems, and BI tools.
- Multi-site leadership experience within healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services.
