QC Inspector (A&P Required)
Location: Memphis
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Pay: $25–$44 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking experienced QC Inspectors to support aircraft maintenance and inspection operations. The QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring all maintenance work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and airworthiness standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality control inspections on commercial aircraft and aircraft components.
- Verify maintenance and repair work complies with FAA regulations and approved data.
- Conduct final inspections and return-to-service signoffs as authorized.
- Review maintenance records, work orders, and inspection documentation for accuracy.
- Identify and document discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Support maintenance personnel with regulatory and technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
- Minimum 3 years of aircraft inspection, quality control, or heavy maintenance experience.
- Experience with Boeing 737, Airbus A320 family, or Embraer ERJ aircraft preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, inspection procedures, and FAA regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to pass required background and drug screening.
Preferred
- Previous QC Inspector experience in an FAA Part 145 environment.
- Experience with maintenance tracking systems such as AMOS or TRAX.
