Full Time
Job Summary
Performs age specific diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing the necessary judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply ionizing radiation in order to obtain diagnostic radiographs. MUST provide excellent customer service at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
Experience
One year diagnostic radiology experience required and three years diagnostic radiology experience preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations
BLS certification and must be a Registered Technologist in good standing with ARRT.
Equipment, Tools, Work Aids
Diagnostic radiographic equipment, PAC System, EMR System, Windows, General Office Equipment, Multi-line Telephone System, Glucose Meter, CBC Machine, Urinalysis Reader, Hemoglobin A1C Machine, Centrifuge, Immprint.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of radiographic examinations (age specific). Knowledge of radiographic equipment operation. Knowledge of Radiation Safety. Knowledge of patient transportation methods. Knowledge of Laboratory equipment.
