We are seeking an experienced hospitality operations leader to oversee multiple hotel properties throughout the Boston area. This role will lead property managers, improve financial and operational performance, and ensure consistent guest service and company standards across the assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple hotel properties.
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and property leadership teams.
- Monitor P&L, revenue, labor, expenses, and EBITDA performance.
- Develop action plans to improve profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational results.
- Conduct regular property visits, inspections, and operational reviews.
- Support sales, revenue management, staffing, retention, and employee development.
- Address escalated guest and operational issues and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational, and company standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hospitality management experience.
- 2+ years of multi-property hotel management experience required.
- Experience managing multiple General Managers or hotel leadership teams.
- Strong P&L, financial, revenue, and expense management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
- Must currently live in the Boston, MA area. No relocation assistance available.
Compensation
$110,000–$120,000 base salary + bonus
Immediate start preferred.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per hour
