- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to show homes to their clients
- Share clear, written feedback to help fine-tune clients’ home search
- Assist with writing and negotiating offers alongside sales agents and clients
- Join in weekly script practice sessions as part of the team routine
- Take part in team activities to stay connected and engaged
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
