We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with patients to assess their oral health, perform cleanings, and educate them on proper dental hygiene practices. Open to full or part time candidates. Office hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify oral health issues
- Perform dental cleanings and assist with procedures as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using Eaglesoft software
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment
- Take vital signs and record patient information accurately
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Assist with pediatric patients and those requiring special care
**Requirements:**
- Valid state license to practice dental hygiene
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
