Position Overview
Under the direction of the Director of 3rd Party Reimbursement, assists in overseeing completion of all third-party cost reimbursement reports and related audits and follow-up inquiries. Coordinates the accumulation and analysis of all information required to be reported in the cost reports. Assists in training and mentoring of reimbursement staff, including first level review of work papers as needed. Supports the establishment of necessary third-party reserve accounts. Completes routine and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

$30.58 - $45.86 per hour, depending on experience
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare financial or accounting setting.
- Working knowledge of the principles of fund and cost accounting.
- Experience with data processing capabilities and procedures as they relate to financial applications.
Preferred:
- MBA and/or CPA.
- Experience working with cost reports and familiarity with third party reimbursement principles.
