- Support mergers & acquisitions activities by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
- Oversee treasury management functions such as cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
- Drive revenue management initiatives and develop financial projection models to support strategic planning and business development efforts.
- Supervise finance team members in budgeting, expense control, cost management, payroll management, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on corporate strategy development, market analysis, fundraising efforts for business growth, and compliance with industry regulations.

- Extensive experience with accounting systems and financial software tools; proficiency in technical accounting standards such as ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations).
