Implement front-end components in Adobe Experience Manager, using HTL, Style Systems, and standard web technologies.
Collaborate with UX, design, and QA teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user experiences.
Contribute enhancements and bug fixes to the AEM component library, ensuring components are reusable and performant.
Integrate AEM components with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for performance tracking and personalization.
Participate in Agile development processes: planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
Follow engineering best practices for code quality, accessibility (WCAG), and test coverage using tools like JUnit, Jasmine, or Mocha.
Work with deployment tools via AEM Cloud Manager, supporting build validation and environment promotion.
3–5 years of front-end or full-stack development experience, including exposure to component-based systems or CMS platforms.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive and accessible design.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites), particularly in front-end component development using HTL.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to work effectively with global teams.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks for Java and front-end code (e.g., JUnit, etc).
Comfortable working in a Scrum/Agile environment.

At least 4 - 5 years of relevant, progressive engineering experience with content management systems and web front-end frameworks.
Proven track record delivering across multi-system and multi-team initiatives, beyond single-component or isolated feature delivery.
Demonstrated, quantifiable use of AI tools to improve platforms, consistent with Avalara's AI Bar Raiser standard.
