- Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in aesthetics or medical capital equipment sales will be considered.

How do I get a remote executive director of development job?
Remote executive director of development roles go to candidates who demonstrate strong self-direction, disciplined written communication, and the ability to steward donor relationships without in-person touchpoints. Remote-first nonprofits and distributed fundraising teams screen heavily for async workflow skills, donor database proficiency, and the ability to lead campaigns without daily oversight.
