In this role, you'll work with individuals and families by providing financial education, supporting client conversations, and helping clients better understand financial strategies that align with their goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients to discuss their financial goals and priorities
- Provide education on financial planning concepts and available financial solutions
- Schedule and conduct client review appointments
- Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver excellent client service
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Maintain organized and accurate client documentation
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
- Collaborate with experienced financial professionals to deliver an exceptional client experience
