As a Data Architect - IT Innovation Initiatives, you will lead the design of data, application, and technology solutions that support critical strategic projects impacting patient care, finance, research, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking technology professional who brings expertise in data architecture, software engineering, and solution design, combined with a passion for AI, automation, and modern data platforms. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop scalable, innovative solutions that align business goals with technology strategy while delivering meaningful results.

- Design and develop data, application, and technology architectures that support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
- Drive innovation through the use of AI, automation, and modern data platform technologies.
- Provide architectural guidance for high-impact projects involving new software systems, infrastructure, and care delivery environments.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business strategies, industry best practices, and long-term organizational goals.

The pay range for this position is $122,408.00 to $165,630.40 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offers comprehensive benefits, recognition programs, career growth opportunities, and, where applicable, shift differentials or other incentives.
