What you’ll be doing
Own core commercial work — Draft, review, negotiate, and simplify complex commercial and technology agreements in support of Pax8’s agentic marketplace ecosystem of vendors, partners and customers.
Leverage AI as a force multiplier — Use AI-powered tools to accelerate contract workflows, enhance legal insights, and transform how the legal function operates
Build for scale — Contribute to programmatic, repeatable legal approaches that support a growing global marketplace and high-volume partner interactions
Collaborate deeply — Partner with commercial, product, and leadership teams to deliver practical, high-impact legal solutions
Drive strategic outcomes — Translate business goals into actionable legal roadmaps aligned with measurable outcomes
Streamline execution — Remove friction, reduce dependencies, and enable faster business decision-making

Salary and benefits
Qualified candidates can expect salary between $ 190 K and $ 230 K depending on experience
