Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting consumer research studies of skincare products
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Follow through and take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be flexible, motivated, have strong attention to detail, thrive under pressure/in a fast-paced environment, and change direction with ease whenever necessary.

Specific skills/experience good to have:

- Consumer research
- Coordination of product with outside vendors
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Draft screeners/communicate recruitment criteria
- Survey/questionnaire research and design
- Study design and methodology development
- Computer proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Sigma Plot, SIMS
- Statistical analysis/interpretation
- Background in cosmetics, skin care, personal care products
