Job Title: Law School - Research Fellow
Posting Close Date: June 21, 2026

Position Start Date: August 3, 2026
Required Degree: JD or PhD in a related field, or international equivalents. Required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience: A successful applicant will have demonstrated skills with legal research and writing. A successful application will also have an outstanding academic background and a commitment to producing influential and enduring scholarship.
Duties/Expectations: It is expected that the Research Fellow will make significant progress on scholarly projects and both benefit from and contribute to the scholarly work of members of the BYU Law School faculty.
