Pop-Up Market Sales Associate / Brand Ambassador – Washington, D.C.Overview
Jellish is a lifestyle and Korean skincare brand that participates in pop-up markets and artisan events across the United States. We are currently looking for friendly and energetic Pop-Up Market Sales Associates / Brand Ambassadors to join our team at the DowntownDC Holiday Market in Washington, D.C., from November 11 to December 24, 2026.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, explaining products, and working in a fun and festive holiday market environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at our holiday market booth
- Introduce and explain Jellish products (mostly Korean skincare products and cosmetics)
- Assist customers with purchases and process payments
- Help with booth setup and breakdown
- Guide customers through product demos and experiences
Shifts are available on both weekdays and weekends, with flexible scheduling based on availability and market hours.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to Downtown Washington, D.C.
- Friendly and confident with customer interaction
- Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining products
- Able to work weekend events
- Retail, sales, or event experience is a plus
- Interest in skincare and beauty products is a plus
Pay
Compensation is based on hourly pay (at least the applicable D.C. minimum wage) + 5% sales commission.
- $20–$40+ per hour (potential total earnings)
Actual earnings vary depending on sales performance, hours worked, and customer engagement. Strong sellers have the opportunity to earn higher commissions and additional performance bonuses.
Growth Opportunities
High-performing team members may be considered for a future Market Manager position, with the opportunity to transition into a salary-based role as Jellish continues to expand into new markets.
