- Support tip dresser product trials at customer sites.

Support other projects when workload allows (20%)
- Provide support to other projects and teams when primary job tasks are not fully occupied.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related discipline, with at least five years of relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in industrial robot commissioning.
- Practical experience in PLC programming, debugging, and system modification.
- Fundamental knowledge of resistance spot welding processes.
- Experience with commissioning welding equipment, including welding gun tip dressers, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
- Effective communication skills with a high level of accountability and professionalism.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
