Summary:
Simply put, this job isn't for everyone; this requires someone that is a self-starter, independent, and comfortable as a 1099 (not W2) contractor. No other experience necessary, we will teach you what you need to know and what to do to find lasting success.
You will not be micromanaged, instead you will be expected to work and produce independently (which we will help you do). Most of our reps across the nation have changed their lives once they take the "risk" of being in a 1099, commission-only job; the first 3 months are certainly the hardest, but after that you'll love the 1099 life.
A 1099 pays far less in taxes than a w2, and as a 1099 contractor you are free to set your own schedule and work as you please. The freedom, both in regards to time and money, is incredible.
If you are a candidate that is comfortable with the above, the sky is truly the limit. Contractors in this company (nationwide) quite easily make over $100,000 per year.
This is technically a sales job, but it requires no experience and is simply about talking to people. We're not selling vacuums, solar panels, or security systems; we are helping homeowners with storm damage get new roofs via their insurance. My job as GM will be to put you in storm-hit areas and help you put new roofs on. It's a great business, and everyone (the homeowner, you, the company, and the insurance company) wins.

We are the 18th largest Roofing company in the US, a 5 Star Company on Google, A+ on Better Business Bureau, and 5 Star on every other rating platform; this is not by mistake. Who's Hiring

Roofing Jobs in Denver: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a roofing job in Denver?
The strongest path into Denver roofing is through residential contractors working the suburbs, areas like Aurora, Lakewood, and Arvada see constant re-roofing activity driven by hail seasons and rapid housing growth. Commercial roofing companies operating downtown and along the I-25 corridor also hire steadily. Candidates who hold OSHA-10 certification and have experience with TPO or flat-roof systems stand out in Denver's competitive commercial segment.
Which companies hire roofings in Denver?
Denver roofing roles are posted by JR &, Tecta America, and Thrive Roofing and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Denver's hiring mix includes regional roofing contractors, national restoration companies with local branches, and general contractors managing large commercial builds across the metro.
Are there remote roofing jobs in Denver?
Yes, though remote work is limited given that most roofing roles are hands-on and site-based. About 33% of roofing openings tied to Denver are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those positions tend to be in estimating, project coordination, or sales rather than installation. Denver's active construction market means the bulk of available roles expect regular on-site presence.
How can I get a roofing job in Denver with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Denver is a helper or laborer role with a residential roofing contractor, particularly those active in hail-heavy suburbs like Parker, Westminster, or Centennial where seasonal volume drives constant hiring. Some Denver-area restoration companies run structured onboarding for new hires with no prior experience. Showing up reliable, earning an OSHA-10 card quickly, and demonstrating comfort with heights will separate you from other entry-level candidates.
