OmniDONE is looking for experienced, skilled roofers to join our growing residential roofing operation in the Metro Atlanta area.

We are looking for dependable professionals who know how to work on a roof safely, efficiently, and correctly without constant supervision.

What You'll Be Doing

• Residential asphalt shingle roof replacements
• Roof tear-offs and preparation
• Shingle installation
• Underlayment and ice & water shield installation
• Starter shingles and ridge cap installation
• Ridge vent installation
• Pipe boot replacement
• Flashing repairs and installation
• Valley, rake, eave, and penetration detailing
• Roof leak diagnosis and repair
• Decking replacement when required
• Minor fascia, soffit, and related exterior repairs
• Jobsite cleanup and final quality checks

We're Looking for Roofers Who:

• Have at least 2 years of hands-on residential roofing experience
• Can install architectural shingles correctly
• Understand flashing, valleys, penetrations, ridge vents, and proper water-shedding techniques
• Are comfortable working on steep and two-story roofs
• Know how to identify damaged or improperly installed roofing components
• Can complete roof repairs without excessive supervision
• Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Take jobsite safety seriously
• Have reliable transportation
• Show up on time and communicate professionally
• Take pride in their workmanship

Strong Preference Given to Candidates Who Can:

• Troubleshoot roof leaks
• Perform detailed roof repairs
• Handle flashing and difficult roof transitions
• Replace damaged decking
• Install fascia and soffit
• Lead or supervise other roofing installers
• Document completed work with photos

This is not an entry-level roofing position.

We are specifically looking for roofers who already understand residential roofing installation and can contribute immediately.

If you claim roofing experience, you should be prepared to discuss your experience with shingles, flashing, valleys, penetrations, repairs, and complete roof replacements.
