How do I get a sales and marketing specialist job in Scottsdale?
Target Scottsdale's most active hiring sectors first: luxury hospitality, real estate, medtech, and wealth management firms concentrated in North Scottsdale and the Old Town corridor. Candidates who can show digital marketing fluency alongside consultative sales experience stand out in this market. Familiarity with CRM tools and experience with high-net-worth or B2B client segments gives a meaningful edge over generalist applicants here.
Which companies hire sales and marketing specialists in Scottsdale?

Scottsdale's employer mix skews toward resort and hospitality groups, financial advisory firms, healthcare organizations, and regional technology companies headquartered in the North Scottsdale and Kierland areas.

About 47% of sales and marketing specialist openings tied to Scottsdale are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with the highest remote share in demand generation and marketing operations roles.
How can I get a sales and marketing specialist job in Scottsdale with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Scottsdale is through hospitality and resort brands, which regularly hire marketing coordinators and sales support associates with limited prior experience.
