Teamwork is essential as Pre-Sales Solution Engineer work closely with our Solution Consulting team. You will participate in discovery calls and requirements interpretation. You will also prepare detailed demonstration scripts. You will use your deep knowledge of Human Capital Management to design and code complex solutions for our prospective enterprise clients, including the Fortune 500.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
- Create Complex Product Demonstrations. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned area to turn complex requirements into creative product demonstrations for our prospective enterprise clients across the world.
- Collaborate. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your internal partners and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Present and Attend. Occasionally, you may be asked to attend calls or demos with our clients or prospective customers to answer advanced questions about our products and configurations.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above OR
- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

- You will have knowledge of databases and SQL
