Job Title: Sales Enablement & Growth Manager
Job Classification under FLSA: Exempt

Job Summary and Objectives:
The Sales Enablement & Growth Manager is responsible for driving residential connectivity while building scalable sales enablement programs across residential and commercial sales. The role owns residential growth strategy, outsourced channel performance, campaign execution, and market-level sales planning, while also supporting the commercial team through playbooks, product training, sales process improvement, campaign enablement, and performance tools.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop sales campaigns for the company’s products and services.
- For residential customers and targets, coordinate campaign strategy, expectations, and staffing with Customer Service and Marketing teams.
- Define campaign objectives, target segments, offers, pricing strategies, and success metrics.
- Monitor campaign performance, including conversion rates, revenue, churn impact, and ROI.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Builds playbooks, training, battlecards, discovery tools, campaign materials, and process support for residential and commercial teams.
- Manage promotional calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and present results and recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain documentation for campaign processes and approvals.
- Travel may be required to support sales initiatives.
- Providing excellent customer service by following the company’s customer service standards. Ownership, Professionalism, Troubleshooting, keeping customers informed, and providing customers with an experience beyond their expectations.

Certification/License Requirements:
- Current Drivers’s License
Work Environment:
- Office-based or hybrid work environment.
- Frequent collaboration with Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Moderate-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred.
