- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, data modeling, Flow Builder, and declarative automation.
- Experience in solution design, business requirements gathering, workshops, and technical documentation.
- Integration design experience including data flows, field mappings, and business rules.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with developers, admins, and business stakeholders.
- Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance industry experience preferred.
