Job Description:
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
- Process orders and returns efficiently
- Keep accurate records of customer contact
- Work closely with other departments to ensure order and shipping accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Outgoing phone calls to existing customers for retention
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience using e-commerce platforms a plus
