- Manage scheduling, payroll coordination, and staff performance tracking
- Conduct onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor occupancy, expenses, and operational reports to meet budget targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
- Act as the primary manager during the General Manager’s absence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in extended-stay or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build cohesive teams
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS), scheduling, and reporting
- Solid understanding of budgeting, payroll, and administrative processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or equivalent tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
