Sr. SAP S/4 Hana Consultant - Plan-to-Report (P2R) Fulltime Opportunity
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead business readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module launches and deployment milestones.
- Conduct readiness assessments and facilitate business process walkthroughs with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, issue management, and business signoff.
- Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams, and program leadership to identify and mitigate launch risks.
- Support change management and organizational readiness initiatives to drive successful user adoption.
- Develop training materials, readiness documentation, launch checklists, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive cutover planning, execution readiness reviews, and launch governance activities.
- Track and manage defects, open issues, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout testing and deployment phases.
- Prepare and maintain readiness reports, test evidence, issue logs, cutover documentation, and launch approval artifacts.
- Support go-live events and post-launch stabilization activities to ensure a smooth transition to production operations.
- Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to validate business processes and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Provide leadership and guidance throughout system integration testing (SIT), UAT, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare periods.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of overall SAP experience
- Proven experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and deployments
- Demonstrated success leading business readiness and go-live activities for ERP transformation programs
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Record-to-Report (R2R/P2R) processes
- Strong business-facing consulting skills
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and financial business processes
- Strong understanding of Plan-to-Report and Record-to-Report processes
- Experience supporting enterprise ERP transformations and multiple SAP go-live events
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership
- Experience leading UAT, training, change management, and cutover activities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
