We are seeking a Senior Scientist, Large Molecule Bioanalytical to join IQVIA Laboratories in Indiana.
Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and curate LC/MS datasets from non-regulatory ADME bioanalysis studies supporting exploratory and pilot toxicology in vivo PK/PD studies
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and traceability of data from raw LC/MS outputs through processed results and internal reports
- Perform scientific quality-control reviews to identify outliers, errors, and analytical or method-related artifacts
- Evaluate ADME parameters across compounds, projects, and assay formats to support structure-activity and structure-property relationships
- Collaborate with DMPK, analytical, informatics, and project teams to interpret data and improve pipelines, automation, visualization tools, and analytical efficiency
- Coordinate internal and external CRO data contributions while maintaining alignment among study designs, metadata, analytical methods, and final outputs
- Prepare clear summaries, tables, figures, dashboards, and integrated discovery data packages to support compound progression and portfolio decisions
- Establish standardized data formats, naming conventions, metadata practices, and reproducible workflows for downstream analysis and knowledge sharing
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in analytical chemistry, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or a related scientific field
- 3–7+ years of experience working with LC/MS data in discovery stage ADME or DMPK settings
- Strong understanding of LC/MS workflows, quantitative data analysis, and common discovery ADME assays
- Experience evaluating data quality and identifying analytical, method-related, and data-processing artifacts
- Familiarity with high-resolution mass spectrometry bioanalytical data and workflows for large molecules, new drug modalities, or biomarkers
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex scientific datasets into clear, actionable insights
- Scientific rigor, attention to detail, and a strong data-integrity mindset when managing complex datasets
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with bioanalytical scientists, DMPK teams, project coordinators, study directors, CROs, informatics teams, and IT partners
- Ability to communicate data assumptions, limitations, trends, inconsistencies, and conclusions clearly to scientific stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish standardized, reproducible data-management practices
- Knowledge of bioanalytical workflows for modalities such as oligonucleotides, proteins, peptides, antibody-drug conjugates, ionizable lipids in lipid nanoparticles, and amino acids

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,200.00 - $133,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
