Security Manager Job Summary:
We’re seeking motivated individuals - people that are interested in developing a long-term career in the security field. This is for a Manager role at a high-profile location, where professionalism, situational awareness, and presentation are essential.

Security Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests
- Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders.
- Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.
- Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security
- Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of designated site.
- Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
- Scheduling
- Payroll and recruitment duties
- Other responsibilities may apply
Security Manager Requirements:
- PERC Card required
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- Some Managerial experience required (preferably in hospitality or security. Previous law enforcement or military experience is suitable as well)
- Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours
- Ability to lead and train Security Guards
- Some flexible availability- shift hours may vary due to occupancy and needs
