Associate Producer – Franchise Creative

Disney Digital Entertainment is looking for a uniquely talented Associate Producer to join us on an ambitious and exciting new project. If you're a detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, 20th Century and Marvel, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary. We're assembling a world-class team to shape a groundbreaking game experience that will define the next generation of Disney storytelling. As an Associate Producer, you'll play a key role in supporting our franchise creative production staff through project tracking, submission and approval management. You will help facilitate meetings and collaborate with various teams, business units, and studio franchises.
What You Will Do:
- Support and assist slate of multiple projects, tracking all partner submissions and ensuring timely delivery of feedback approval across multiple internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate production meetings by capturing notes, synthesizing discussions into action items, and ensuring follow-ups occur across stakeholders
- Partner with senior Production Staff in the production of presentations and contribute to, as necessary, presentations and product demos to management and other stakeholders.
- Play game development builds to generate brand and qualitative feedback.
- Provide brand guidance to external partner teams
- Support the building of team and Executive presentations.
Basic Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of experience specifically in product development/production of Console, Mobile, PC, and/or AR/VR games or other entertainment.
- Has shipped mobile, console, and/or PC games with live operations components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback and present ideas with clarity and conviction.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex challenges while consistently meeting commitments and deadlines.
- Self-starter, reliable, passionate about their work and committed to their discipline and its challenges.
- Ability to anticipate and communicate issues along with taking the initiative on solving problems and finding solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a clear understanding of the big picture, always focusing on quality, authenticity, and the intended audience.
- Demonstrate affinity and familiarity with Disney, Pixar, 20th Century, Star Wars, and Marvel Franchises.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum, Kanban, and other production methodologies.
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint / Keynote.
- Ability to travel to meet with partners, maintain valid US Passport.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $72,000-$96,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
