- Design, develop, and test mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and VSAM.
- Experience in reengineering mainframe applications to microservices will be a huge plus.
- Code in support of and implement US Liquidity systems and projects.
- Responsible for ensuring code has a high degree of quality and is implemented with zero defects.
- Provide backup support for handling production calls related to applications.
- Ensure application code adheres to architecture standards, risk management, and security guidelines.
- Work with the Service Delivery Team to diagnose and address underlying system problems and inefficiencies.
- Aid management in communications.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum of 11+ years of relevant development lifecycle experience in systems and applications management, including systems application design.
- 10+ years of mainframe design and development experience.
- Experience with OS/MVS, MVS utilities, CICS, VSAM, Batch, JCL, TSO, ISPF, and COBOL.
- Experience with Agile concepts and processes.
- College degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work with management and staff at the highest technical level.
