BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of SAP Logistics experience with strong SAP TM expertise
- Hands-on experience in Transportation Planning, Tendering, Execution & Freight Settlement
- Experience supporting L2/L3 AMS incidents, problem management, and enhancements
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA TM integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, EWM, 3PL, Carrier Systems
- Experience with ServiceNow/Jira, RCA, ITIL processes
- Familiarity with ABAP, SAP CPI Integration Suite, monitoring tools, and interface troubleshooting
- Excellent stakeholder communication and support experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Transportation domain experience (LTL, TL, Ocean, Air, Parcel)
- SAP TM Certification
- Experience with EWM, CPI, Carrier Connectivity, and Rate Management
