Lead AI-driven UX design and help shape the future of agentic interfaces in the financial services industry!
We are seeking a Lead AI UX Designer to operate at the intersection of design craft and AI-augmented delivery. In this role, you will own the end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces — including conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration and trust-calibration patterns. This involves building systems where AI agents discover information across fragmented sources, navigate governance and surface decision-ready context.
In this role, you will lead a standalone, highly visible design pod for a leading global financial services firm, consult directly with stakeholders, present experience frameworks and prove the efficiency of AI-driven methodologies; a unique opportunity to shape a nascent agentic experience framework while delivering production-ready designs that maintain coherence across multi-agent interactions.
As a leader, you treat AI tools the way a power user treats a codebase — orchestrating workflows, iterating rapidly and applying human judgment. If you are comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward making and can clearly articulate design rationale to engineering partners, we want you on our team!

Senior UX Writer Jobs in New Jersey: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a senior ux writer in New Jersey?
Senior ux writer roles in New Jersey don't require a state-issued license or certification. Most employers expect a portfolio of shipped product work, several years of hands-on UX writing experience, and a degree in a writing, communications, or design-adjacent field. New Jersey's concentration of pharmaceutical and financial services companies means candidates who can demonstrate experience writing for regulated or compliance-sensitive products move to the front of the line.
Which companies hire senior ux writers in New Jersey?
Employers hiring senior ux writers in New Jersey right now include JPMorganChase, 3M, and Merck, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Jersey's dense mix of pharma headquarters, financial services firms, and enterprise technology companies creates sustained year-round demand for experienced product content professionals.
Which New Jersey cities have the most senior ux writer jobs?
Jersey City, New Jersey, and Hoboken have the most senior ux writer openings in New Jersey. Newark and Jersey City benefit from proximity to New York City's tech and financial sector, attracting major corporate digital teams, while Princeton draws demand from the pharmaceutical and biotech corridor that runs through central New Jersey along Route 1.

About 40% of senior ux writer openings tied to New Jersey are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how well product content work translates to distributed teams.
