- Create engaging graphics for social media, paid ads, email and website
- Develop digital and print marketing materials
- Work with product and lifestyle photography
- Perform photo manipulation, color correction and cropping
- Assist with catalog layout and production
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social Media and Web teams
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design, typography, layout and visual aesthetics

- Strong Photoshop and photo manipulation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or similar is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital and print production
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Fashion, beauty, accessories or consumer product experience is a plus
