Job Summary: Plan, organize, and supervise staff assigned to implement and maintain organization-wide integrated data systems including networks and software applications operating on various platforms.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan s, organize s, and supervise s staff for the implementation and maintenance of integrated data systems, networks, and software applications.
- Oversee s organization-wide IT infrastructure, ensur es seamless operation on various platforms.
- Safeguards compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate s with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated and efficient data systems.
- Provide s strategic direction for IT initiatives and technological advancements.
- Monitor s and optimize s network performance to meet organizational objectives.
- Stay s current with industry trends and recommends technology upgrades as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Programs, IT Systems, or related field. Advanced or Master’s degree in related field preferred. 6 years’ experience in IT Management or related position. 8+ years’ experience preferred. Certifications in big data analytics or coding programs such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and with others.
- Strong technical computer programming and trouble-shooting skills.

- Leadership and effective team management.
Work Environment:
- Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
- Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasional travel as the job may require visiting customers and project sites.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
