Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support our manufacturing operations by managing part ordering, vendor relationships, and inventory organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the materials and components needed for production are ordered on time, properly tracked, and available when needed.

The Supply Chain Specialist will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to identify required parts, source reliable vendors, compare pricing and lead times, and maintain strong vendor relationships. This person will also help organize inventory, monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and improve purchasing and inventory processes as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order parts, materials, and components needed for manufacturing
• Source and evaluate new vendors and suppliers
• Manage vendor communication, pricing, lead times, and relationships
• Track inventory levels and ensure critical parts do not run out
• Organize inventory storage and improve part tracking
• Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering teams on material needs
• Help reduce purchasing delays, backorders, and production interruptions
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. They should be good at communicating with vendors, tracking details, solving supply issues, and making sure production has what it needs to keep moving.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
