I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service and agency operations. I'm family-oriented, enjoy traveling, and believe in building an agency where people can grow both personally and professionally.
Our team enjoys spending time together through office outings and team events, and we've built a culture that feels more like family than coworkers. We believe in supporting one another, putting customers first, and always doing the right thing.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, and a flexible work environment. We believe in rewarding hard work while providing the flexibility and support our team needs to succeed.
I'm looking for someone who wants more than just a paycheck. The ideal candidate is hardworking, positive, outgoing, and enjoys talking with people. If you're motivated to grow, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a real difference for customers, we'd love to have you on our team.

Entry Level Software Development Team Lead Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level software development team lead job?
Employers hiring at the entry level look for candidates who can demonstrate technical grounding alongside early signs of collaborative or organizational ability. A portfolio showing real projects, contributions to open-source work, or internship experience where you coordinated tasks among peers can set you apart. Bootcamp graduates and recent computer science or engineering graduates are both competitive, especially when applications highlight problem-solving process, not just outcomes.
Which companies hire entry level software development team leads?
Companies hiring entry level software development team leads right now include State Farm, VITAS Healthcare, and Target, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a mix of growth-stage startups building out their first engineering teams and larger organizations with structured new-graduate programs that place candidates into junior team lead tracks.
Are there remote entry level software development team lead jobs?
Yes, though on-site roles still make up a significant share of openings at this experience level. About 7% of entry level software development team lead openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, so candidates open to relocating or working from a company office will see a broader set of opportunities than those searching exclusively for fully remote positions.
Are these new grad software development team lead jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internship or project work in place of full-time history, or explicitly invites candidates who are early in their career. If you're a new grad searching for a first step into a leadership-adjacent engineering role, these openings are the right place to start.
Which industries hire the most entry level software development team leads?
Entry Level software development team lead roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Insurance, and Retail, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Those sectors tend to drive hiring at this level because they run high volumes of software projects and regularly bring in junior candidates to grow into coordination roles as their teams scale.
