Sports Chiropractor Associate (ART & Rehab Focus)

SF Custom Chiropractic is seeking a motivated chiropractor to join our growing team in San Francisco.
Founded in 2011, SFCC has built a reputation for delivering individualized, evidence-based care that combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue treatment, movement assessment, rehabilitation, and patient education.
We are not a high-volume, adjustment-only clinic. Our doctors work closely with active professionals, runners, cyclists, golfers, fitness enthusiasts, weekend warriors, and athletes to help them move better, perform better, and stay active.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is:
- Sports-minded and rehabilitation focused
- Comfortable treating active adults and athletes
- Strong manual adjuster
- Skilled in exercise prescription and corrective exercise
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Growth-oriented and coachable
- Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term stepping stone
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
- Active California chiropractic license (or ability to obtain)
- Active Release Techniques (ART) certified or willing to become certified
- Sports, fitness, strength and conditioning, coaching, or athletic background
- Experience with rehabilitation and movement-based care
- 2 to 10 years of clinical experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and examinations
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy
- Provide soft tissue treatment and rehabilitation programs
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on injury prevention and performance optimization
- Collaborate with other providers and staff
- Build strong patient relationships and retention

Compensation
Compensation structure will be based on experience, availability, and production.
