Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver high-quality and timely work products to project teams.
• Develop emissions inventories for industrial facilities.
• Analyze and interpret state and federal environmental regulations to support compliance efforts.
• Perform technical calculations and data analysis to contribute to project deliverables.
• Prepare technical reports in support of environmental permitting processes.
• Assist with air dispersion modeling and other regulatory assessments.
• Provide direct project support to colleagues at various career levels.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance procedures.
• Exhibit company core values in interactions with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Meet billable hour and utilization goals.
• Interact with client and regulatory representatives as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in environmental consulting, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Commitment to excellence, adaptability, and professional development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with environmental databases is a plus.
• Basic understanding of chemistry and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with enthusiasm and flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
