We are currently looking for a Consultant, Brand Strategy to join us. In this role, you will bring an emerging strategic voice to the team—applying insight-driven problem solving, rigorous thinking, agile ways of working, and confident communication to create strategic solutions that shape experiences, influence behavior, and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Own defined workstreams from input gathering through polished final deliverables
• Translate research, data, business context, and competitive trends into insights, opportunities, and experience strategies that drive behavior change
• Build strategic presentations, workshop materials, and working tools that help teams align, make decisions, and activate change
• Develop strategic frameworks, tools, and activation plans that help organizations bring their brand to life through connected experiences
• Facilitate portions of meetings, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and internal working sessions with confidence, clarity, and active listening
• Collaborate across disciplines to develop interconnected ideas and solutions that can be activated through a living system of experiences
• Use agile thinking to test, refine, and strengthen ideas through feedback, iteration, and a focus on usefulness
• Contribute to new business, case studies, team learning, and Monigle culture by sharing ideas, examples, and best practices

Our ideal candidate:

• 4-8 years of experience working in brand strategy, consulting, advertising, experience strategy, or a related strategic discipline
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to turn complex inputs into clear, compelling stories
• Experience developing presentations, workshop materials, frameworks, tools, or recommendations that help organizations align around strategy and activate change
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and comfort building strategic deliverables with clear structure, hierarchy, and polish
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into insights, implications, and practical solutions that connect brand, business, culture, and experience to influence behavior and create impact
• Curiosity about markets, competitors, culture, technology, and emerging trends, with the ability to apply that context to strategic work
• Collaborative, consultative working style with the confidence to contribute original ideas, listen actively, and constructively challenge thinking
• Foundational understanding of digital channels, technology concepts, and evolving tools that can shape more useful and actionable recommendations
• Interest in seeing strategy show up in the real world through experiences, behaviors, tools, environments, and moments that move people

Salary range: $77,000 - $95,000

Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
